Divorce Agreement is not staffed by attorneys and does not give legal advice! We are a secretarial service trained to assist people who want to do their own legal paperwork. If you are unsure about any of the legal aspects of your case, please see a lawyer.
You will be required to sign a “Memorandum of Understanding” prior to our proceeding on your case. Divorce Agreement handles only uncontested cases where you and your spouse have agreed or anticipate agreeing on all aspects of the divorce action, including, but not limited to, property distribution, support, parenting time, custody, etc.
If you cannot agree or if either party employs an attorney to enter into the divorce action, Divorce Agreement can no longer be able to provide assistance and both parties would have to continue the case through an attorney.
All information in the Application must be accurate and truthful. Divorce Agreement is to be held harmless from any and all liability which may arise from any untruths, inaccuracies, or omissions (whether deliberate or accidental).
There are no refunds if the divorce case is discontinued by either party.
